2nd Annual EVTA – Bartow Christmas

1 Day Charity Tennis Tournament

Events

For the adults, there will be Men’s and Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.   There will be a doubles division for the junior players.  All events will be flighted using the USTA’s rating system for adults.  The Junior division will be coed and divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced flights. All players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches (8 games pro set) Adult players are limited to two events, one of which must be mixed doubles.  Players playing two events must be able to play 4-5 matches (8 game pro sets) in 1 day.   We will assist players who do not have a partner for either event. Time and Location

First match times will be emailed to all participants.  Please be sure to provide your email address.  Match times will also be posted at the Dellinger Park Tennis Center.  Please check the draw for subsequent match times.  All matches will be played at the Dellinger Park Tennis Center.

Divisions

Men’s and Women’s Doubles  –  2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5

Mixed Doubles – 6.0, 7.0 & 8.0

Junior Doubles – Coed – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced

Please rank yourself on the honor system. The association reserves the right to allocate players to a different flight where necessary.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

There is a $20 per person flat fee + a new, unwrapped toy for newborn – 14 year old child.  This fee covers the event, light snacks, t-shirts, and balls.  Player entry forms and payment must be received by the deadline on Monday, November 29th, 2010. To enter, complete the form below and bring it to the Dellinger Park Tennis Center along with your check made payable to EVTA or mail it to P.O. Box 1390, Cartersville, GA  30120.  Fee must accompany entry form.
