Events

For the adults, there will be Men’s and Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.   There will be a singles division for the junior players.  All events will be flighted using the USTA’s rating system for adults.  The Junior Singles and Doubles divisions will be coed and divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced flights.  Players are limited to two events, one of which must be mixed doubles in the adult division.  Players playing two events must be able to play at least 3 matches per day (Sat & Sun only) if necessary.   We will assist players who do not have a partner for any event..

Time and Location

First match times will be e-mailed to all participants.  Please be sure to provide your e-mail address.  Match times will also be posted at the Dellinger Park Tennis Center.  Please check the draw for subsequent match times.  All matches will be played at the Dellinger Park Tennis Center.

 Divisions

Men’s and Women’s Doubles – 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5

Mixed Doubles – 6.0, 7.0 & 8.0

Junior Singles & Doubles – Coed – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced

Entry Fees, Deadlines and Prizes

All proceeds from this event will go to help build more tennis courts at Dellinger Park!  There is a $30 per person fee for participants in one event and $40 for two events.   This fee covers the event, light snacks, t-shirts, awards, and balls.  Division winners will receive a $25 gift certificate.  Player entry forms and payment must be received by the deadline on Friday, August 20th, 2010. To enter, complete the form below and bring it to the Dellinger Park Tennis Center along with your check made payable to EVTA or mail it to P.O. Box 1390, Cartersville, GA  30120.  Fee must accompany entry form.  Registration is also available online at www.evtatennis.com.
